REPORTS OF THE CHIEF OF POLICE
10. Budget Statement for the Period Ending November 30, 2006

RECOMMENDATION
  1. That the Board receive the Budget Statement for the eleven month period ending November 30, 2006, in accordance with Police Services Board By-Law #04-01.

11. York Regional Police Quality Service Standards

RECOMMENDATION
  1. That the Board receive this report for information purposes.
12. Computer Aided Dispatch/Records Management System (CAD/RMS) Maintenance and Support Contract Renewal

RECOMMENDATION
  1. That the Board enter into a four-year Computer Aided Dispatch/Records Management System (CAD/RMS) Maintenance and Support Agreement with Versaterm Inc. of a value not to exceed $364,662.45 in 2007, exclusive of all applicable taxes; and with a maximum annual increase equal to the Consumer Price Index (CPI) plus 1.5 per cent; and

  2. That the Chair be authorized to execute a contract in accordance with Recommendation #1, subject to prior review by York Region Legal Services.
13. Delegated Signing Authority - Public

RECOMMENDATION
  1. 1. That the Board receive this report in accordance with the Board Policy, Delegation of Signing Authority - Chief of Police, Number 07/04.
