8. Award of Mobile Workstation Evergreen 2007 Request for Proposal Addendum Report

RECOMMENDATION
  1. That the Board approve the lease buyout of 200 Panasonic CF-29 mobile workstations from Relational Funding Corporation at a cost not to exceed $260,000 excluding applicable taxes.

9. Dataradio System Maintenance Agreement

RECOMMENDATIONS
  1. That the Board enter into a 2 year Maintenance Agreement with Dataradio Incorporated for a value not to exceed $208,552.00, exclusive of applicable taxes, from January 1, 2008, to December 31, 2009, inclusive.

  2. That the Chairman be authorized to execute an agreement subsequent to recommendation 1, subject to prior review by York Region Legal Services.
