RECOMMENDATION
  1. That the Board receive this report pursuant to the Collection, Preservation and Control of Evidence and Property guidelines contained within the Policing Standards Manual (2000), the Collection, Preservation and Control of Evidence and Property Board Policy 02/00-22 and the Collection, Preservation and Control of Evidence, York Regional Police Procedure LE-020.

13. Purchase of 2008 Replacement Police Vehicles

RECOMMENDATION
  1. That the Board authorize the purchase of sixty-two 2008 Ford Crown Victoria police package vehicles, to replace existing vehicles, at the cost not to exceed $30,488.31 per unit, all taxes included, for a total cost of $1,890,275.49.
