Mr. Sam Herzog - Provincial Appointee

Mr. Sam Herzog was appointed by the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario to the Police Services Board for a three-year term commencing June 22, 2007 and for a further three-year term commencing on June 22, 2010.

Since 1977, Mr. Herzog has been a principal owner of Lifetime Urban Development, a successful real estate development firm providing project development and management in the areas of custom built and single family residential homes, shopping mall construction, commercial property leasing, high rise apartment and condominium buildings, hotel development and commercial building retrofitting. Some of the more prominent projects Mr. Herzog is currently involved in are; The Four Seasons Hotel, Lumiere Condominiums, Water Park City Condominiums and Liberty Market- a 350,000 square foot state of the art office renovation.

Mr. Herzog is responsible for land acquisition negotiations, project development, planning, contract negotiations, construction management, and residential home sales. Currently Lifetime manages over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial property in the Greater Toronto Area. During the last five years, Mr Herzog has been involved in the development of numerous residential communities in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding communities.

In 1994, Mr. Herzog was a member of the Board of Directors for KRG Management Inc. and more recently, he has been a member of the Tribute and Dinner Committee for the Beth Chabad Israeli Community Centre.

Mr. Herzog was born in Israel and moved to Canada over 45 years ago. He has been a resident of Vaughan for over 10 years and has two daughters and two grandchildren.
