Bylaw No. 02-15
A bylaw to impose fees and charges for services and activities provided by York Regional Police
WHEREAS pursuant to section 391(1.1) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, the Board may impose fees or charges on any class of persons for services or activities provided or done by or on behalf of it, and for the use of its property, including property under its control;
NOW THEREFORE the Board hereby enacts as follows:

Every person making a request for a service or activity described in Column 1 of Schedule "A" annexed shall pay to the Board the fee plus applicable taxes set out in Column 2 of Schedule "A" opposite such service or activity, as of the applicable effective date.

The fees referred to in section 1 shall be payable at the time of making the request for the service or activity.

Schedule "A" annexed shall form part of this bylaw.

Bylaw No. 08-09, as amended, is hereby repealed effective March 30, 2015.

Bylaw No. 09-09, as amended, is hereby repealed effective May 1, 2015.

This Bylaw shall come into effect on March 30, 2015. ENACTED AND PASSED on February 18, 2015.
