Regular Meetings of the Board
Location: Regular Meetings of the Board are held in a blended hybrid format with both in-person and online options available for participation. Members of the public can attend in person or watch the meetings live on YouTube. Deputations can also be made in person or via Zoom.

DEPUTATIONS TO THE POLICE SERVICE BOARD
All persons wishing to make a deputation to the Board shall advise the Board in writing or by email to the Executive Director or by filling out and submitting the online form and providing an outline of the nature of the deputation, which must be within the Board's jurisdiction; a list of person(s), by name, who shall be appearing before the Board; the full name and email and/or contact addresses of at least one person with whom the Executive Director can communicate on behalf of the Board or Comittee; and a copy of any presentation materials at least five (5) business days prior to the day of the meeting.
Deputationd str subject to Board approval and shall be limited to five (5) minutes, unless approval to extend the speaking time is obtained from the Board. If there is a group of people wishing to address the Board with respect to a particular position on a particular issue, then the Board may determine that the group shall be represented by one person or that the time limit shall be other than as stated above.
